FAQ

We know you probably have questions so we’ve listed some information below that you may find helpful.

Are masks required?

At the direction of health officials, face coverings will be required while on the Green Valley campus. If you forget your mask, we will have one available for you before you enter the building.

Do I need to pre-register?

Registration is no longer required for on campus worship. However, registration for GV Preschool and GV Kids is required. Please register your child here.

Are we offering kids/student ministry?

Yes! GV Preschool, GV Kids, and GV Students will all be meeting at 10:30 AM on Sunday mornings.

GV Preschool

When you arrive, come to the check-in area (BLDG E) and grab the tags for your children and/or preschoolers. They will be arranged alphabetically for you. Register here.

GV Kids

When you arrive, come to the check-in area (BLDG E) and grab the tags for your children and/or preschoolers. They will be arranged alphabetically for you.  GV Kids will provide ample space to social distance and maintain the essence of what we do each week during worship and small groups. Register here.

GV Students

Our students will meet for group time at 10:30 AM in the Life Center

Are adult Sunday morning groups meeting?

Yes! In order to accommodate all of our groups, maintain social distance and be able to sanitize, groups will be meeting during the 9:00 AM and 10:30 AM hours. View the times and locations of our on-campus groups here.

What steps are you taking to keep the facilities clean?

All high touch areas are thoroughly sanitized before, between and after services. In addition, entry doors will be propped for a contactless experience.

What time do the doors open?

Doors will open 15 mins prior to our 9:00 AM and 10:30 AM worship times.

What precautions is Green Valley taking?

To ensure that Green Valley is safe, secure, and spacious for your family, we are taking every precaution, and more, in accordance with our state’s guidelines. This includes asking our church family and all guests to wear a mask to all on campus gatherings.

If you have had any of the following symptoms this week, please worship with us online:

  • Contact with anyone confirmed to have COVID-19 (in the past 14 days)
  • Cough, shortness of breath, or sore throat
  • Fever over 100°
  • Loss of taste of smell
  • Vomiting or diarrhea in the last 24 hours

I’d like to talk to a pastor; how can I get in touch with someone?
