 CHURCH ORCHESTRA
Do you play a band or orchestra instrument? If so, this group gives people with this ability an opportunity to minister on a regular basis during Sunday morning worship. Besides Sunday morning worship, their ongoing ministry includes involvement in other musical programs throughout the year. This group of adults and High School students is led by Joseph Smith. Contact the Worship and Music Ministry office for more information or to schedule an audition. Rehearsals are held on Wednesday evenings from 7:05 to 8:15 pm and childcare is provided. HANDBELLS
Our five-octave handbell choir, Heart Ringers, consists of a group of dedicated musicians who rehearse weekly. Besides ringing in worship several times a year, the group attends an annual workshop/festival and seeks ministry opportunities beyond the walls of the church. Herman Murdock directs the group. WORSHIP BAND The Worship Band plays during Mid-Week Worship and provides rhythm for Sunday worship services. Experienced players are needed for guitar, bass, drums, synthesizer or auxiliary percussion. This is an area that will continue to grow and may be the place for you to plug in to worship ministry.
